• All co-payments are due at the time of your visit.
• You are responsible for any deductibles or co-insurances that may apply, and are due at the time of your visit.
• Sliding scale fees are available for patients meeting financial criteria on a case by case basis.
• All self pay fees are due at the time of your visit.

• At Psych Care we provide a comprehensive range of counseling and psychiatric services in a private and confidential setting. Services are provided by board-certified physicians and licensed mental health professionals.

At Psych Care our specialized professional staff make up one of an array of therapies and psycho-educational groups which help the individual deal more effectively with the presenting problems. Individualized treatment plans and a variety of therapeutic approaches are utilized to meet each patients need for self expression. We recognize the importance of family involvement in treatment. The family is encouraged to participate in the therapeutic process and we provide opportunities for such involvement.

All office patients are expected to pay the applicable charges on the day they are seen. If you have unusual difficulty with your bill please speak with our Practice Manager so that an arrangement suitable to your situation can be considered.

Please review our No Show Policy Below.

Effective September 1, 2018 any established patient who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment and has not contacted our office with at least 24 hours notice will be considered a No Show and charged a $ 50.00 fee. If a second No Show or cancellation/reschedule with no 24 hour notice should occur the patient may be dismissed from PCA. Any new patient who fails to show for their initial visit will not be rescheduled. The fee is charged to the patient, not the insurance company, and is due at the time of the patient’s next office visit. If you are a Medicare or MassHealth health insurance recipient you will not be charged a no show fee but PCA retains the right to dismiss you from the practice.

As a courtesy, when time allows, we make reminder calls for appointments. If you do not receive a reminder call or message, the above Policy will remain in effect.

Health insurance is designed to help you meet the cost of medical services and seldom covers the entire cost. However, the primary responsibility for payment rests with you. Your policy is a contract between you and your insurance company not between the doctor and the insurance company. We will provide you with the necessary information and will assist you whenever possible.
