It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Dr. Usman Qayyum, husband of Dr. Asimah Qayyum and father of Aali Qayyum and Bilal Qayyum. Dr. Qayyum passed away in Lahore, Pakistan on 04-16-2021.
We have lost a dear friend, leader and colleague. He was the CEO & Medical Director of Psych Care Associates in Ludlow for the last 28 years and was well loved by his friends and patients. He was a gentle, kind soul and an accomplished psychiatrist. His guidance and counsel will be deeply missed by his staff and patients alike.
